You will design and implement the systems that shape how people grow — from new hires to emerging executives — ensuring our training drives measurable performance, retention, leadership depth, and operational excellence.
What You’ll Do
As our Learning & Development Leader, you will:
- Design and lead a comprehensive organizational learning strategy
- Build onboarding programs that reduce ramp time and accelerate productivity
- Create structured leadership development pathways across departments
- Develop engaging multimedia training content (videos, LMS modules, workbooks, certifications)
- Own and optimize our Learning Management System (Absorb preferred)
- Align recruiting, onboarding, and role-specific training into a seamless development journey
- Define and track training KPIs tied directly to business performance
- Continuously improve programs using data, feedback, and field insights
- Partner with executive leadership to drive development aligned with company growth goals

What You Bring
- 5–7 years of experience in Organizational Learning & Development or Training Leadership
- Proven success designing and implementing high-impact training programs
- Strong emotional intelligence and cross-functional leadership skills
- Experience managing and optimizing LMS platforms (Absorb preferred)
- Executive coaching or consulting background (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to build processes and systems from inception
