What You’ll Be Doing
- Design engaging graphics and visuals to be used in training sessions and sales meetings
- Record and edit video training content alongside the Training & Development team
- Create animated videos using our animation platforms (Vyond, Animaker, Powtoon, etc.)
- Collaborate with leadership to write and design training workbooks and learner guides
- Support the team in building and refining PowerPoint presentations for training rollouts
- Collaborate with our Corporate Marketing team to update and develop in-home sales tools (Ingage,etc)
What You Bring to the Table
- Currently enrolled in (or recently graduated from) a program in Photography, Videography, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field
- Proficiency in Canva (Adobe Creative Suite is a plus!)
- Experience with animation tools like Vyond, Powtoon, or Animaker
- A strong eye for composition, lighting, and visual storytelling
- Experience with video/photo editing (Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
- Bonus points for skills in digital illustration and motion design
- Comfortable in MacOS, Microsoft Office, and virtual collaboration platforms
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated—able to meet deadlines with ease
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A team player who loves to collaborate and solve creative problems
