Somebody has to find the yes. A homeowner finally sits down to fix the bathroom they've put off for six years. They love the design, they're ready to move forward, and then the credit comes back thin — a rough stretch a few years back, a debt-to-income ratio that's tight, a score just shy of the program they need. At most companies, that's where the conversation ends. At Improveit, that file comes to you. As our Consumer Finance Analyst, you own the financing options, programs, and processes that make our customers' projects possible, working directly with our lender partners, Sales Leadership, Sales Enablement, and our Sales Design Consultants to find the approval and structure the deal so it funds.
To be clear about what this job is and isn't: you are not selling financing. You're the credit expert behind the sale. Our Design Consultants handle the homeowner and the project. You handle the approval.
About Improveit Home Remodeling Improveit Home Remodeling has been serving homeowners since 1989. What started as a small Ohio operation has grown into one of the region's most trusted replacement contractors, specializing in energy-efficient windows, bathroom remodeling, and kitchen remodeling across Columbus, Dayton, and Cincinnati, Ohio; Louisville and Lexington, Kentucky; Nashville, Tennessee and Charlotte, North Carolina. We're BBB-accredited with an A+ rating, a 22-time Consumers' Choice Award winner, and we've completed more than 75,000 jobs — roughly one in four of them for a repeat customer. More than three decades in, homeowners still come back to us, and that's the number we're proudest of. Inside the building, we've built something people don't leave. Our Rhino isn't just a mascot — it's how we operate: thick skin, forward motion, and nobody left to figure things out alone. We promote from within as a matter of practice, we put real hours and real money behind developing our people long after onboarding ends, and we celebrate wins loudly. If you've spent time somewhere that talks about culture without funding it, this will feel different.
