Field Marketing Manager

Due to continued growth and expansion, 30-yr old remodeling industry leader seeks a dynamic, experienced Field Marketing Manager.

The Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for selecting and building a team of top-performing field marketing reps within established territories as part of our aggressive growth plans. Supported with a perfected methodology, the latest technology, and a gang of forward-thinkers, the ideal candidate brings the ability to combine strategy and tactics with entrepreneurial scrappiness, impeccable execution and unquestionable character.

The successful marketing or sales management candidate will play a pivotal role in the company’s growth and achievement of the organization’s objectives. As such, experience and demonstrated excellence in field marketing, direct marketing, field sales, and/or marketing channel management is required. Successful candidates for this position must have owned complete P&L responsibility exceeding $2 MM in annual sales.

Key Responsibilities:
BUILD: Recruit, hire and train the most successful field sales / marketing teams in the Industry.  
LEAD & DEVELOP: Learn, embrace and teach our marketing methodology and extend it throughout the Field Marketing Department. Work with your staff in individual and group settings, with an unwavering focus toward developing leaders. Cultivate a positive, motivational atmosphere where our “Improveit! is an Attitude” culture flourishes and inspires top performance in all.
EXECUTE: Through effective implementation and management of our field marketing program, manage the generation of quality leads to meet or exceed budget forecasts.
NURTURE & GROW: Conduct ongoing business analysis, recruiting and staff performance reviews, and market visits to implement best practices, refine and augment processes and playbooks, create continuing learning programs and continuously improve the performance of each location and team. Collaborate with Confirmation, Sales, Corporate Marketing and Operations to move the business forward.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of Field Marketing or Sales leadership experience, preferably in the Home Services, Remodeling or Home Improvement industry
  • Knowledge of a wide range of marketing and sales techniques
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to effectively use all Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), CRM Systems (such as Salesforce),  and other software tools.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational, planning and time management skills
  • Superior analytical acumen
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Keen ability to lead, management and motivate people
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel within current and new markets as needed
