- Iterate on solutions using usage data, stakeholder feedback, and performance trends to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase business impact
- Support data quality, consistency, and usability efforts (e.g., glossary terms, lineage for key datasets, quality checks for leads, tagged events, marketing lists, Omni flows)
- Ensure data products and tools are accurate, compliant, and adopted through guidance, enablement, and clear communication
- Triage and route data-, analytics-, and application-related helpdesk tickets (e.g., Omni, Snowflake, pipelines, dashboards, SFMC, Salesforce) and coordinate resolution
- Maintain backlog items, user stories, requirements documentation, process notes, and enablement materials
- Promote best practices for data usage, analytics consumption, tagging hygiene, lead scoring, SFMC list management, and omni-channel configurations
- Delivery & Execution: Backlog health, sprint velocity, on-time delivery rate for data/IT initiatives
- Business Impact: KPI achievement (e.g., CPI reductions, CE targets, lead quality improvements, campaign ROI), dashboard/report adoption and usage rates
- Optimization & Quality: Marketing/operational efficiency gains, data completeness/coverage, tagging implementation rates, attribution accuracy
