Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Canvassing Leader to oversee and manage canvassing operations within a designated region. This role is critical to expanding our lead generation efforts, driving new customer acquisition, and supporting the overall growth of the business. As a Regional Canvassing Leader, you will build, train, and lead a high-performing canvassing team to generate quality leads and appointments for our sales team. You’ll be responsible for managing daily operations, hitting regional targets, and ensuring your team meets their goals in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Management: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of canvassers to ensure high performance, motivation, and adherence to company standards.
  • Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective canvassing strategies and tactics to generate quality leads, ensuring that the team meets and exceeds set targets.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and track the daily performance of your team, utilizing metrics and reporting tools to drive productivity, accountability, and success.
  • Coaching & Development: Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and feedback to canvassers to continually improve their skills, confidence, and results.
  • Scheduling & Logistics: Coordinate and manage canvassing schedules to optimize coverage within the region, ensuring canvassers are deployed to high-potential areas.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to align lead generation efforts with overall company goals.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management, outlining canvassing results, challenges, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within canvassing, field marketing, or a similar face-to-face customer interaction setting, preferably in the home improvement or services industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve targets.
  • Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both canvassers and potential customers.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment that values accountability and success.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel within the region.
